M. Jane Pearce

M. JANE PEARCE has been a recognizable name in the Sacramento legal community for over 30 years. She practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration. She also practiced Family Law, concentrating on Adoption and Parentage cases. After working for a few small firms, including Sacramento's first all-woman firm, Metrailer, Langenkamp and Kirk, M. Jane Pearce opened her own practice in 1990.

Jane has enjoyed helping families with their estate needs and built her practice largely based on client referrals and repeat business. She serves a very diverse clientele, some of whom have been with her since the late 1980s. She developed a reputation for providing reliable representation of all families, including members of the LGBT community before their families were legally recognized.

In her spare time, Jane enjoys practicing yoga, playing bridge, tasting wine, gardening and spending time with her wife, Lauren, and their four-legged kids.
